ABOUT ME/ QUIEN SOY


I am a 1st generation Spanish-Colombian American who is passionate about connection through the power of storytelling and the curation of experiences. I am fully bilingual and bicultural, meaning I am very in touch with my heritage.


I am based in Texas s and currently work remotely for Target HQ on the Brand and Category Marketing Team where I lead and activate Target’s always-on, 360

brand campaign to acquire the “New Parents” audience, drive usage of the Target Baby Registry experience, Same Day Fulfillment Services, and deliver sales for our multibillion-dollar Baby, Beauty, Apparel and Accessories, Household Products, and Food and Beverage categories.


I am also an ex-ballerina turned dance fitness instructor and have taught Life Time Fitness and boutique gyms.


Creativity, exploration, and cultural fusion are central to my life. I apply these, as well as my acquired skills and life lessons, to all of my work.

My Experience

June 2021- Present

TARGET HQ – BRAND, CATEGORY, AND AUDIENCE MARKETING MANAGER

  • Led the strategy and execution of the always-on, 360 Target brand campaign to acquire the “New Parents” guest, drive usage of the Registry program, same day delivery

    services, and sales for our multibillion-dollar Baby, Beauty, Apparel and Accessories, Household Products, and Food and Beverage categories. Led Beauty category activations for a “Women’s’” Target brand campaign. “New Parents” campaign delivered $185M YTD Marketing-driven ST Sales (+24% YoY) and $22.6 YTD ROAS(+2% ROAS YoY, +16% 2 YR) and Beauty delivered $398M ST Sales (+29.5% YoY) and $20.4 ROAS (exceeding goal by +8.5%) within the women’s campaign and media plan.

  • Led cross functional team (across digital/app, store experience, sales, PR, media, influencer, consumer insights, organic, paid marketing, and more) to ensure alignment across external facing communication to create clear, consistent, and inclusive brand messages. Leveraged learnings from campaign analysis reports to optimize.

  • Led and activated guest-centric, culturally relevant marketing strategies that contributed to Target Beauty’s record sales delivery of $8.5B, +13.9% comp, and Target Baby’s record sales delivery of $4.2B+, +7.9% comp for 2020 with successful internal cross-functional team partnerships.

  • Created briefs, managed external creative and Influencer agencies, led custom content partnership, drove timelines, and worked on multiple projects to drive business results.

  • Elevated consumer centricity by creating a forum for cultural, competitive, and consumer insights - crucial for navigating reactive COVID projects.
